Gansu Chuangwei New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2024 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Chuangwei New Materials Co., Ltd. Adhering to the development philosophy of “Technology-Driven, Excellence in Quality, Win-Win Cooperation”, the company actively responds to the national strategies of “Western Development” and “Regional Coordinated Development.” It has built a modern production base in the Baiyin High-tech Zone. As a key project under the east-west collaboration between Tianjin and Gansu provinces, the Baiyin base fully leverages local clean energy resources and superior logistics advantages, forming an integrated “R&D—Production—Sales” model with the Tianjin headquarters. This not only effectively serves the Northwest China market but also supports the introduction of high-end talent and advanced technologies to Baiyin, driving the upgrading of the regional new materials industry chain.
The company is driven by innovation, equipped with self-developed automated production lines. The core technology lies in the modular design of the production equipment. The entire process is divided into four independent and scalable modules: raw material synthesis, polymerization reaction, solvent recovery, and finished product packaging. Through advanced PLC control systems integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT), the production process achieves remote monitoring and rapid product switching. The company’s main products include BCB monomers, prepolymers, and functionalized derivatives. By continuously optimizing the synthesis and purification processes for BCB monomers, the product purity has been elevated to over 99.5%, with key performance indicators such as consistency and stability reaching industry-leading levels.
